They cover an area of 8000 square meters and have 6 production lines in total. During the past 15 years, our products were mainly supplied to Europe, Africa, and north America. We have a professional quality control team with 20-30 years of experience in plywood production industry. Our best services are as following:
1. Before placing each order, we will firstly make clear the requirements for raw materials, process and quality with the customers.
2. During the production process, special personnel (QC team) will be assigned to follow up the order. Every day, an inspection report will be sent to the guests, with videos and pictures attached. In this case, the guests can see the production of their orders in person.
3. The ordered products are inspected by independent QC of our company, and each product is marked with the QC code. After the order is completed and packed, we will provide the customer with the order summary report.
4. In order to further ensure the product quality, we have a quality director every month to randomly check the orders before loading. If there is any abnormality, all the orders will be re inspected!
5. All products exported by our company are ensured to be the right quality. If there's any quality issue when they reach to the end users, we promise to claim compensation.
